Dear Friends, Supporters, and Well-Wishers,
It gives me immense pleasure and pride to present this message as the President of GREEN LEAF FOUNDATION, GOSSAIGAON — a vibrant and committed organization born out of the passion and dedication of socially conscious youths and community leaders from diverse backgrounds.
What started as a humble initiative in mid-2021, guided by our shared desire to address critical gaps in education, environment conservation, cultural preservation, and social development, has now evolved into a registered and recognized non-governmental organization operating with structured governance and deep community engagement. We took our first steps during a time of uncertainty, yet we moved forward with purpose — and today, we can proudly say that our collective efforts are bearing fruit.
Over the years, GREEN LEAF FOUNDATION has been actively involved in numerous developmental, educational, environmental, and welfare initiatives across rural and semi-urban parts of Kokrajhar District and beyond. From organizing awareness drives and language learning camps to hosting cultural festivals, promoting gender equality, empowering youth through capacity-building programs, and responding to community needs in times of crisis — every action has been driven by our belief in “inclusive growth, grassroots empowerment, and sustainable progress.”
Our flagship SOCIAL REFORM PROJECT, and our participation in environment conservation campaigns have demonstrated how meaningful partnerships and community participation can create real and lasting change. Furthermore, our recognition by various agencies and the trust placed in us by the people reflect our unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and impact.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all members of our Governing Body, General Council, Advisory Club, volunteers, partner organizations, donors, government departments, and most importantly, the communities we serve. Your support, faith, and collaboration have been the foundation of our growth and the reason for our accomplishments.
